What happened to “there’s no such thing as a stupid question?” At least that’s what my teachers and bosses for that matter have said in the past.  Apparently that’s not the case if you’re questioning Mayor Bloomberg, who called a reporter a “disgrace” after he pointed out to the mayor that the economy is improving, and asked whether that cancels out Bloomberg’s rationale for changing term-limits law last fall.

The mayor had the law changed so that he could run for a third term this year. His chief argument at the time was that New Yorkers needed him to stick around and protect the city from fiscal ruin.  Take a look at the video here to see our buddy Mayor Gloomberg snap at the New York Observer reporter.  Pay close attention to the end as he turns to leave the podium, looks at the reporter and says, “you’re a disgrace.” Caught on tape!
