In continuing with our nautical-themed event locations (we’ve been a fan of the Galway Hooker in the past), we are partnering with the Ship of Fools (SoF) for our next gathering. Two weeks ago we had a get-together at the Manchester Pub for the Champions League Finals, though the turnout was modest (guess there were not as many soccer fans in The Club as we thought) everyone who attended had a great time. However we hope that the SoF will draw a bigger crowd. Though we might catch the end of the Yankees/Nationals game that starts at 1pm, the motivation behind this gathering is purely social. Honestly, it has been too long since we have convened just to lift a glass and meet new faces.
