Step number 3 in getting back to work is “Get Smarter”.  The tricky part is doing this with free tools at your disposal, which may take a little digging.  The good news however is that I’ve just stumbled upon The Kahn Academy, which has thousands of free training and educational videos for you to take advantage of.  

At a glance it looks like their strengths lie in math, science, humanities and test prep.  Regardless of your field, it’s worth checking out.  Getting smarter not only helps advantage you in your job hunt, but also in life.
